Size Guide

Getting the right measurements is important for a comfortable, secure fit. Please follow the steps below and measure twice before selecting a size. LacedbyDonia is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please do not guess your measurements.

Before You Measure

  1. Use a soft, flexible measuring tape
  2. For the most accurate fit, braid, wrap, or slick back your hair exactly how you plan to wear it under your wig.
  3. Keep the tape snug, not tight
  4. Keep the tape flat and level
  5. Measure in inches

Circumference:

This is the first and most important measurement that you will need to take. Place the tape at the centre of your forehead, then wrap it around your head above your ears and around the back, returning to the centre of your forehead.

Front to Nape

Place the tape measure approximately half an inch in front of your hairline, at the centre of your forehead. Run the tape straight over the top of your head and down to the centre of your nape.

Ear to Ear, Around Forehead

Start at the top/front of one ear. Bring the tape along your natural hairline, across your forehead, and end at the same point on the opposite ear.

Ear to Ear, Over the Top

Start at the top of one ear. Run the tape over the top of your head and down to the top of the opposite ear.

Temple to Temple, Around the Back

Start at one temple. Bring the tape around the back of your head and end at the opposite temple.

Nape of Neck

Place the tape at one side of your natural nape hairline and measure straight across to the opposite side. Do not measure around your neck


Processing time

Payment processing time frame: 1–4 business days depending on the payment method.

Order processing time frame: Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped after 7-25 business days. 

Order processing includes wig construction, customization, quality checks, and secure packaging. Processing time varies depending on wig style, customization and order volume.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Also, please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Additional Customization

If you desire additional customization, for example, fully custom cap measurements, specific styling, etc., please complete and submit the Customization Form located in the Client Centre section at the top of the website.
