Shipping Policy
At LacedbyDonia, all glueless wigs are constructed and customized prior to shipment. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Payment processing time frame: 1–4 business days depending on the payment method.
Order processing time frame: Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped after 7-25 business days.
Order processing includes wig construction, customization, quality checks, and secure packaging. Processing time varies depending on wig style and customization.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Also, please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
SHIPPING TIME & METHODS
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the courier.
Estimated shipping times:
- Canadian orders 3–5 business days
- US orders: 5-7 business days
- International orders: 3-20 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You may check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays (for international orders)
- Peak seasons or holidays
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
LacedbyDonia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping where available.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product
We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (IF APPLICABLE)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
