BYOB- Bring Your Own Bundles Policy

This service allows clients to provide their own bundles for custom wig construction. Each unit is constructed with the same care and customization as LacedbyDonia units.

Limited slots are released monthly to maintain quality and turnaround standards.

Processing Time

Processing time is 7–25 business days beginning once all bundles have been received.

Please note: Delays in shipping your bundles will result in delayed completion.

Hair Requirements

To ensure optimal results:

Bundles must be new, unused, and uncut; Closures must be new with uncut lace.

Hair will be inspected upon arrival. If the hair does not meet quality standards, the service may be declined. The hair will be returned to you and a refund will be issued (excluding return shipping fees).

 

Quality Disclaimer

The final outcome of your unit is largely dependent on the quality and condition of the hair provided.

While each unit is constructed with the same level of care and craftsmanship, LacedbyDonia cannot guarantee that wigs made with client-supplied hair will mirror the exact look, density, or finish of units created using our sourced hair.

LacedbyDonia is not responsible for shedding, tangling, or other performance issues related to client-provided hair.

Clients are responsible for providing an adequate number of bundles to achieve their desired length and fullness. Insufficient bundles may result in a unit with reduced density. LacedbyDonia will not be responsible for the final fullness of the wig if an inadequate amount of hair is provided.

The final appearance of the hairline (customization option only) is highly dependent on the quality of the closure provided. If the lace is thick, poorly ventilated, or difficult to customize, the final result may differ from units created with LacedbyDonia sourced lace.

 

Shipping & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for shipping bundles to the provided business address after purchase. LacedbyDonia is not responsible for lost or delayed packages sent to us. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

To maintain the reduced pricing of this service, new packaging is not provided. Your completed unit will be returned using the same packaging your bundles were shipped in. Please ensure your hair is sent in packaging suitable for both delivery and return shipping.

Late Bundles

If bundles are received significantly later than expected, your processing timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Physical Drop-Off

Local drop-off may be discussed depending on location, but is not guaranteed. Please inquire prior to purchase if this is needed.

After purchase, please complete the “Customization Form” if you require custom cap measurements.
