Our wigs are sold based on head circumference (in inches). To ensure the best fit, please carefully measure your head before placing your order.

How to Measure Your Head

You will need:
• A soft measuring tape (fabric tape recommended).
• If unavailable, use a string and measure it against a ruler.

Steps:
• Place the measuring tape at the centre of your forehead, along your natural hairline.
• Wrap the tape around your head, positioning it just above your ears.
• Continue around the back of your head, ensuring the tape sits at the widest point.
• Bring the tape back to the starting point at the front of your hairline.
• Make sure the tape is snug but not tight.
• Record your measurement in inches.

Payment processing time frame: 1–4 business days depending on the payment method.

Order processing time frame: Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped after 7-25 business days. 

Order processing includes wig construction, customization, quality checks, and secure packaging. Processing time varies depending on wig style, customization and order volume.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Also, please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

If you desire additional customization, for example, fully custom cap measurements, specific styling, etc., please complete and submit the Customization Form located in the Client Centre section at the top of the website.

Estimated shipping times:

• Canadian orders 3–5 business days
• US orders: 5-7 business days
• International orders: 3-20 business days
